About me and my practice
I have extensive experience in working therapeutically with individuals, couples, & families; with knowledge & understanding of invisible differences & neurodivergence. Helping clients navigate their unique challenges, by focusing on enhancing understanding of internal and external relationships, to identify & address patterns that cause difficulty. I believe we are capable of changing how we think and feel in response to problems. I will listen to you without judgement; recognising that taking steps can seem daunting, in reading this you have already started your journey. I offer clinical, casework or non-managerial supervision for professionals also.
Experience
I have worked within education and the charitable sector with children, adults and families for the past 25 years.
I meet people where they are and work with them in ways that suit them, as unique individuals.

Optional 15 Telephone Call to discuss what is on offer and ways of working. An opportunity to check that I am the best person to work with you for what you need, at that time. Understand Ts & Cs, for collaborative and informed choice. Online, telephone & in person counselling 50-60 minutes. Supervision 90 minutes.
